Issues Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ Conducted each quarter, this project explores the perceptions of Americans regarding job satisfaction, job security, career mobility, education and training, and the role of government in addressing the needs of workers, employers and job seekers. |

| Local Communities Various towns in Connecticut CSRA has completed numerous research projects for Connecticut municipalities. These studies range from "town" surveys that appraise the usage of and satisfaction with town services to research that assesses the viability of community projects such as school construction. |
